Claro Walnut Gunstock Company has been owned and operated by Wally Reiswig since 1958. We produce top quality gunstock blanks for rifles, shotguns, and handguns, as well as specialty blanks for Mannlicher and muzzle-loaders . We primarily cut Claro Black Walnut and French Walnut, although we do have a minimal selection of Bastogne, Turkish Walnut, and Maple available. We also sell fancy walnut turning blocks for tips, caps, knife handles, and miscellaneous woodworking. We have our own sawmill and dry kiln, with an extensive inventory of walnut logs, so there is no middleman between the log and your gunstock blank! We have had a long-time association with the NRA, and have supplied blanks to Winchester Firearms for nearly twenty years. Currently we sell to gunsmiths and other individuals worldwide.
