Connected Living Solutions is an accredited NDIS SDA Provider that currently operates in Melbourne and Geelong. With over two decades of experience in the disability sector, Connected Living Solutions was opened in 2020 by husband-and-wife team, Jason and Amanda. Our primary mission is to serve as your go-to organisation, guiding you through the process of securing your purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) forever home. This enables you to exert greater control over your daily living environment, fostering safety, independence, and dignity. If SDA approval is part of your NDIS funding plan, our open consultative approach initiates discussions about your needs, preferred location, and living arrangements. We connect you with builders accredited to construct NDIA-approved SDA homes, ensuring timely project completion. While our focus is on managing newly constructed SDA properties, we also commit to ongoing maintenance to meet NDIS design guidelines. In addition to tenancy management, we collaborate with your chosen SIL care provider, establishing a continuous agreement to define roles and responsibilities.
