We provide noise impact assessments, comprehensive sound surveys, noise monitoring, occupational noise exposure assessments, transportation and traffic noise assessment, real time noise monitoring, aggregate operations noise assessment and monitoring, noise mapping and noise control recommendations. We specialize in noise assessment for the Energy industry, AER oil and gas sites, AUC regulated sites, commercial and construction noise, manufacturing and vehicle repair shops, occupational health and safety noise assessments, noise compliance monitoring, transportation noise projects, fracturing noise, drilling rig noise, heavy oil, compressor stations, single and multi-well batteries, power generation, gas plants, pipelines, oil sands, transmission lines, co-generation, aggregate, mining and more. At FDI we are cognizant of the changes in the field of acoustics and regulations that have taken place over the past thirty two years. The members of our team have more than experience of 75+ years in the field of acoustics in combination with 30 years of experience in the energy industry. To date we have completed over 5000 reports, allowing FDI clients access to numerous resources at our disposal. FDI uses the latest in technology and software. Our equipment is state of the art and we employ a regular maintenance program for all field equipment to ensure accurate measurement for all reporting.
