Horizon Housing is a not for profit registered charity that manages and develops community and affordable housing for those on low and moderate incomes. Formerly Gold Coast Housing Company, we have been established for 19 years and are governed by a dedicated voluntary Board of Directors and managed by a committed team of staff. Our Approach While we are a not-for-profit charity, Horizon Housing utilises a commercial business model to guide our operations. We have a team of dedicated and committed project, property and tenancy staff who all work closely with our partners to ensure we are delivering a quality service that enhances and grows the affordable housing market.
