Materialise Interiors is a Brighton-based interior design company run by Chloe Bullock, working for clients in South East England and also ONLINE, offering sustainable, healthy and vegan design. I have a strong background in sustainable design thanks for being part of the retail design team at The Body Shop where everything was sourced using the company's ethics and values. I have carried this way of working through to my own interior design company. I can help with a broad range of projects; from a single fixture design, to 3D CAD models, to rebranding, to entire fit out including branding and shopfront if required. Projects can be commercial or residential - in person of online if you are further away. I regularly work for clients who are further away from me. I use an online interior design project management portal to build up your project - where all parties can access as required. I work with a reliable network of suppliers, contractors, manufacturers and branding & marketing professionals. The extent of involvement can span from a complete design and build project, to individual parts of a project: - fixture design (to date – retail fixtures and reception desks), - 3D CAD models, - CAD furniture layouts, - CAD drawing / tender pack for trades, - implementation of rebranding to interiors and shopfront, - preparation of shopfront and signage planning applications, licensing drawings, - entire interior fit out including branding and shopfront design and build where required, - Grade II listed buildings, - BREEAM, - Conservation areas I can apply the WELL Building Standard, Fitwel or One Planet Living principles to your project to ensure they are human centric and sustainable Sectors worked on: - homes, - restaurants, - cafés, - pubs, - bakeries, - college buildings including student residences, - spas, - nail bar, - offices, - high street retail interiors, - high street retail fixture concepts, - clinics, - dental practices, - golf club
