Organic Growth Partners ("OGP") is a consulting firm that executes performance improvement programs for financial institutions. OGP has worked with a broad range of financial institutions on performance improvement programs that have achieved significant revenue growth and cost reduction results. Our firm is comprised of senior professionals with deep strategic and operational experience built over decades at leading consulting firms, banks, investment banks, and consumer finance companies. OGP works with a variety of companies. Large banks that are recovering from the severe financial distress of the past two years have worked with us to execute turnaround strategies and performance improvement programs. Entrepreneurial teams at mid-sized firms have worked with OGP to build scalable platforms for organic growth and sustained profitability. Our firm is engaged by companies that are either publicly traded or privately held, as well as by private equity investors and their portfolio companies. We are typically retained at the CEO or executive committee level, and use our industry operating experience to work collaboratively with senior executives and key managers to drive results.
