Richard H. Bruck Information

Richard H. Bruck specializes in advising public and private clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations and borrowers in interim (bridge) and permanent financings. Over the course of his 37 year career, Richard has represented public and private companies, institutional investors, venture capitalists, personal investment groups, broker-dealers and strategic industry partners in all types of financing transactions. Historically, Richards clients have been engaged in a variety of businesses and industries such as clothing manufacturing, heavy equipment sales and distribution, equipment leasing and financial (credit) industry services, commercial electronics, cancer diagnostics, medical billing, pharmaceutical distribution and software development. Richard also devotes a significant portion of his time to financing the growth of technology based businesses in software development, medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Richard has been counsel to corporations and other issuers in more than 20 IPOs and 200 private placements. He has been counsel to (i) broker-dealers in numerous IPOs and private placements; (ii) private companies and their shareholders in an aggregate of more than $300 million of angel investor and venture capital financing transactions preparatory to IPOs; and (iii) buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions with gross sale proceeds totaling in excess of an aggregate of $750 million.
