The Road to Wall Street program provides a unique opportunity for Rutgers undergraduate students to build skills and competencies needed to succeed in the highly competitive world of finance. This three-year program is designed to boost industry knowledge and interview skills for sophomores who demonstrate an interest in and knowledge of the financial markets. Our goal is to get our students the best junior-year internships possible, likeliest to turn into a full-time position. Those accepted are considered the top 1% of their classes and come from a wide variety of disciplines including business, computer science, liberal arts, engineering, and more!
