Seiler & Partner Information

The office of Seiler & Partner has been working for around 75 years on issues of commercial and tax law. Our work comprises all standard tasks which fall under this category, such as payroll and financial bookkeeping, the generation of financial statements and tax declarations, as well as individual services as required. These include almost all conceivable business issues, and we thus draw on our network of trusted partners (e.g. international lawyers, banks, appraisers, chambers and associations, other specialists and public offices) wherever necessary. However, our work generally comprises tasks defined by our clients with the support of a consultant, which is subsequently processed by our own personnel and consultants. Examples of such activities include restructuring and reorganisation, rehabilitation, company sales and acquisitions, company valuations and the development of internal regulatory reporting for absent shareholders.
