For more than a decade, the Sustainable Food Lab has been facilitating market-based solutions to the key issues that are necessary for a healthy and sustainable food system to feed a growing world. We use collaborative learning to build strong alliances that facilitate sustainability along the supply chain from producing to distributing to selling food.
