Sally encourages clients to talk about what they would like to happen to their money, property and possessions after they die so that tailor-made advice can be given on how this best can be arranged. If children are involved, Sally can also advise on how they might be cared for by the appointment of guardians and making adequate financial provision for them. Sally takes care to ask all the information necessary so she can draw up a truly bespoke Will that meets all of the client's needs and most importantly, a Will that is compliant with the Law so there are no nasty surprises in the future.
